Giant cell tumor of soft tissue (GCTST) is a very rare neoplasm that occurs predominantly in the fifth decade life presented as benign looking painless mass associated with local recurrence rate 12% and metastasis.
 We report case this entity unusual presentations young boy which was diagnosed by histopathological examination immunohistochemistry after complete excision raising awareness diagnosis management entity.
